Cheryl Decain was invaluable in helping both my elderly aunt and cousin downsize and make the transition into assisted living. Cheryl has a wonderful skill set--she is amazingly efficient, wise, kind, caring and warm. Moving into assisted living can be traumatic, especially when failing health is the reason. Cheryl helped us identify what to keep, what we would no longer need, and although she tried her best to talk us out of it, what we would put in storage because of sentimental reasons. (It turned out that we ended up donating the items after a few years, we should have listened to her in the first place!) She helped us to pack up and unpack in the new living situation, with no items broken or misplaced, and everything fit and looked nice. I have hired professional organizers in three cities, and Cheryl is by far the best.
